How long will my order take?

Processing times depend on what you order:

Physical Stickers & Ready-to-Ship Products: Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipment.

Handmade Cards: Because each card is created by hand, please allow 7–14 business days for production and processing before shipment.

Custom Design Services: Most projects are completed within 5–7 business days after all required information, photos, text, and other materials have been received. Larger projects, such as branding packages, may take 2–3 weeks. Your estimated timeline will be confirmed when your project begins.

Digital Downloads: Digital products are available after purchase and delivered via email.

How much is shipping?

Shipping for physical orders starts at $5.00 and may vary depending on your order and delivery location.

✨ FREE SHIPPING is available on orders of $35 or more — no code needed! Qualifying free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout.

When will I receive tracking information?

Once your physical order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your happy mail all the way home. 💌

Please keep in mind that carrier delivery times are separate from Ok Luv You Bye’s processing time.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

I want you to be happy with your purchase! If a physical item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. I’ll work with you to make it right.

Custom Design Services

How many revisions are included?

Each custom design project includes up to two rounds of revisions to make sure you love the result. Please send all feedback for each revision round together in one message.

Need additional changes? No problem. Additional revision rounds are $20 for social designs, ads, highlight covers, and mini videos, and $40 for branding projects, logo designs, and premium kits.

Can you create custom designs featuring my pets, hobbies, or favorite things?

Absolutely! I love incorporating pets, hobbies, interests, and favorite themes into custom designs.

Please provide clear reference photos and as much helpful information as possible when ordering. My artwork is created in a whimsical, artistic style, so your finished design will be an artistic likeness rather than an exact photorealistic replica. The goal is to capture the personality and spirit of what you love.

What if I need something that isn’t listed on the website?

Do you offer rush orders?

At this time, I do not offer rush or same-day custom design services. Each project is created with care and attention to detail, so please keep the standard turnaround time in mind when placing your order.

How will I receive my digital product?

Digital downloads are delivered electronically after purchase. Your download information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, so please double-check your email address before completing your order.

How do I use my digital designs?

Your files will be provided in formats appropriate for the product or service purchased. Depending on your order, files may be ready for social media, digital sharing, printing, or other uses described in the product listing.

For branding and social media projects, files may include versions sized for commonly used platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.

Can I use my custom designs commercially?

Custom designs created for your business or personal brand may be used for the purposes outlined with your purchased service. However, Ok Luv You Bye artwork and designs may not be resold, redistributed, copied, or offered as templates or digital products unless you have received specific written permission.
