Each design includes up to two rounds of revisions to make sure you love the result! Please send all your feedback for each round in one message.
Need more changes? No problem—extra revisions are $20 per round for social designs and $40 per round for branding and logo projects.

How long will my order take?

Most projects are completed within 5–7 business days after you provide all necessary info (photos, text, etc.). Larger projects (like full branding kits) may take 2–3 weeks. We’ll confirm your timeline when you order.

Do you offer physical products or only digital files?

All products are digital designs for you to print or post online. No physical items will be mailed.

Can you make custom designs of my pets or hobbies?

Absolutely! I love incorporating your pets, hobbies, or favorite themes into your designs. Please provide clear reference photos and details when ordering.
Keep in mind, my art style is whimsical and creative—your design will be an artistic likeness, not an exact photo-realistic replica. The goal is to capture the spirit and personality of what you love, with a little extra sparkle and charm.

What if I need something not listed on your site?

I’d love to hear your ideas! Reach out through the Contact page to discuss custom projects. If it’s a good fit, I’ll provide a custom quote.

What’s your refund policy?

Because these are custom digital designs, all sales are final. If you’re not happy with the draft, we’ll work through your included revisions to make it right.

I don’t offer rush or same-day design services. Each project is created with care and attention to detail, so I work on a set schedule to make sure you receive the best results. If you need a design quickly, please keep my standard turnaround times in mind when ordering.

How do I use my digital designs?

Your files are ready to upload to social media, print, or share digitally. For branding projects, I’ll include versions sized for common platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Can I use the designs commercially?
