I offer handmade cards, digital downloads, and custom digital design services. All designs and content are the property of Ok Luv You, Bye and are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Design Revision Policy

What’s Included:
Each design project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions in the quoted price. Revisions mean reasonable tweaks or adjustments to the same design concept. Examples include:

• Changing colors, fonts, or a background texture.

• Adjusting placement or size of elements.

• Small wording changes or image swaps.

What’s NOT Included (Substantial Redesigns):
Sometimes a client wants to change direction after seeing the initial concept. That’s okay, but it’s not a “revision.” Examples of substantial redesigns include:

• Asking for a completely different layout or concept (e.g., you approved a floral theme but now want a geometric minimalist look).

• Changing the entire subject matter (e.g., your logo featured a hummingbird, but now you want a lighthouse).

• Switching target platforms (e.g., starting with an Instagram post design and then requesting it turned into a multi-page brochure).

• Adding major features not discussed initially (e.g., “Can we also add an animated video intro?”).

If you need a substantial redesign, I’ll provide a new quote or add-on fee, since it’s essentially starting fresh.

To keep projects moving and avoid confusion, I ask that you gather all your feedback into one single message per revision round.
Think of it like making a grocery list: you don’t go back to the store 10 times; you write it all down before you shop.
Instead of sending multiple emails or texts with one-off edits, please wait until you’ve reviewed the design fully and then send one list of changes at a time.
This helps me address all your notes at once and keeps your costs down.

Feedback Timeline:
To stay on schedule, please send your feedback within 7 calendar days of receiving your draft. If I don’t hear back within 7 days, the project may move to the “completed” stage or be rescheduled, and additional changes may require a new quote.

Additional Revision Rounds:
If you need more than the two included rounds, no problem. Extra revisions are billed as follows:

• Social designs, ads, highlight covers, and mini videos: $20 per additional round.

• Branding projects, logo design, and premium kits: $40 per additional round.

Payment for extra revisions is due before final delivery of files.

Orders & Payment

Payment is due at checkout. For custom services, payment may be required in full before work begins, unless other arrangements are made. You agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of my products:

• Physical Products: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I will gladly replace or refund any defective item.

• Digital Products: All digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable.

• Custom Design Services: Custom services are non-refundable once work has begun. If you wish to cancel before work has started, please contact me as soon as possible.

I strive to ensure you’re happy with your purchase—if there is an issue, please reach out so I can make it right.

Shipping & Delivery

Handmade Cards:
All cards are created by hand with care and attention to detail. Please allow 7–14 business days for production and processing before shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Crafter’s Tools & Supplies:
Tools and supplies are in-stock, ready-made items. Orders typically process within 1–2 business days and ship promptly.

Digital Products:
Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase and delivered via email. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Shipping times for physical products may vary based on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to me. Any personal information you provide is used solely to process your orders, communicate with you about your purchases, and improve your experience.

I will never sell or share your information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order or comply with the law.

You may subscribe to my email list for updates and promotions, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
